I remember my first time preparing sweet potato, it was a complete disaster. I'm not sure why, I only wanted to make sweet mashed potatoes, but it turned out so flavorless, nobody could really eat it. After that they never made a comeback on my grocery list. But last year, in a small town named
Jamestown, I ordered some sweet potato fries and felt in love with them.
I love to eat sweet potato whether as fries, mashed and wrapped in a quesedilla or as chips. Of course, not prepared by me. One day, I will give them a try in my own kitchen, but for now I'm just collecting some tasty recipes. How about you, are your friend with sweet potatoes?

LöschenI have been officially "inspired by fluxi" today: I was at the market, saw the sweet potatoes, thought of your post and bought them. We just had them for dinner with broccoli and cheese. Delicious.
