I remember my first time preparing sweet potato, it was a complete disaster. I’m not sure why, I only wanted to make sweet mashed potatoes, but it turned out so flavorless, nobody could really eat it. After that they never made a comeback on my grocery list. But last year, in a small town named Jamestown, I ordered some sweet potato fries and felt in love with them.
I love to eat sweet potato whether as fries, mashed and wrapped in a quesedilla or as chips. Of course, not prepared by me. One day, I will give them a try in my own kitchen, but for now I’m just collecting some tasty recipes. How about you, are your friend with sweet potatoes?
